Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales tasks to team members, ensuring that all areas of the store are covered and customers receive a seamless shopping experience.
  • Hire and Train New Staff: Recruit, interview, and train new sales associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Authorize Payments and Merchandise Returns: Process payments and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
  • Order and Manage Inventory: Coordinate the ordering and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions and ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Retail business
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, manual dexterity, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking
