About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Pincher Creek. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
