Job Title: Transportation Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Manager to join our team at Trans Global Reload 2008. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transportation of goods from origin to destination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipping Documentation: Arrange for accurate and timely shipping documentation, including tracking and tracing of goods in transit.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transportation activities comply with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Policies and Standards: Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, as well as the setting of transportation service rates and revenue monitoring.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
