In your role, you will collaborate with a team of security personnel and supervisors to deliver outstanding service to both guests and staff. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Guiding patrons and connecting them with the right staff members
  • Providing information regarding ongoing events, activities, and promotions
  • Engaging in proactive monitoring by advising guests on current regulations
  • Addressing emergencies, including fire incidents, medical situations, or disturbances
  • Overseeing the movement of customers and employees at entry and exit points
  • Managing keys and access cards
  • Responding to service inquiries and phone calls
  • Safeguarding monetary assets
  • Ensuring the integrity of financial processes through diligent oversight and validation
  • Conducting regular inspections and reporting any potential hazards
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting shift activities
  • Performing outdoor patrols of the premises
  • Securing and unlocking facilities as needed
  • Participating in investigations and preparing incident documentation
  • Carrying out additional related duties to support operations

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Possession of a Category 'Security Guard' license from the Private Security Bureau
  • Valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated customer service abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
  • Proficient in the English language
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
