Role Overview: The primary responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Leadership Trainee is to collaborate with our experienced marketing and sales professionals, mastering customer engagement techniques, executing promotional campaigns, and ultimately guiding a team within our telecommunications sector. This role involves managing a significant portion of our daily operations while working closely with the marketing and sales departments. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to shadow senior account managers to gain insights into the sales process and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients regularly to discuss new telecommunications products and services.

- Promote our partner's latest offerings on a daily basis.
- Transition from a Trainee to a Senior Account Manager as you acquire additional responsibilities related to sales cycle management and team leadership.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance overall performance.
- Train new team members to effectively implement company systems and procedures with professionalism and confidence.
- Enhance customer service skills to better connect with clients and represent the company positively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales or leadership capacity.

- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort in client interactions.
