Job Summary:

U-Haul is seeking a skilled Brake and Tire Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of vehicle performance and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform tire and brake maintenance, including mounting, dismounting, and balancing tires.
  • Secure trucks on lifts and ramps.
  • Use proprietary electronic pre-inspection checklists to assess and care for field vehicles.
  • Occasionally road test vehicles.
  • Work in a production line environment.

Requirements:

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of repair experience preferred.
  • Driver's license.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Regular attendance.
