About the Role:

SP Data Digital is seeking a skilled Outbound Winback B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for reinstating customers who have disconnected their accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues within established guidelines and policies to save customers.
  • Balance customer service skills with retention and sales.
  • Maintain a high level of competitiveness and product knowledge.
  • Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Navigate and update multiple online tools and applications.
  • Meet or exceed all performance metric goals for the program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Previous retention experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience in a call center environment is considered an asset.
  • Sales experience in internet, cable, wireless, etc. is an asset.
  • Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone.
  • Must reside in and legally be able to work in Canada.

You must have a dedicated and distraction-free workspace, and your computer must be connected to your modem with an ethernet cable. Your minimum internet speeds will need to be 15Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.
