About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Service Tester to join our team at Techberry Inc. as a Network Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service quality for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and Maintain Service Reports: Complete and maintain accurate and detailed test and service reports to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble and initiate the dispatch of appropriate repair personnel to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Operate Computerized Testing Systems: Utilize computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment, ensuring optimal network performance.
  • Work Assignment and Instructing: Determine work assignments and instruct apprentices on the proper procedures for testing and maintaining telecommunications services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Personal Suitability: Leadership, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, reliability, and team player.
