About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our vibrant Go-to-Market team at Darktrace Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discussions with clients and partners to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Sales team to identify client needs, develop sales strategies, and communicate deployment proposals.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and technical authority to clients, providing expert guidance on Darktrace technology.
  • Conduct Proof of Value demonstrations and support opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Design and implement client-specific deployment strategies and architectures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in software sales engineering, with a strong background in cybersecurity.
  • Excellent technical communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of on-premises and cloud networking technologies, with a familiarity with the full cybersecurity stack.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and a willingness to continuously develop your skillset.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
