Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute quality vision and strategic plans
  • Support new business ventures and initiatives
  • Oversee supplier development strategies
  • Perform comprehensive supplier audits
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality-related challenges
  • Evaluate supplier product quality and performance metrics
  • Lead quality assessment audits for suppliers

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is advantageous
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management tools
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
