Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2604547 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Hire food service staff
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 35 hour work week.
