Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Communication: Answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Organizational Skills: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent oral and written communication.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Permanent Full-time Position: 30 hours per week.
