We're seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Urban Barn in Barrie, Ontario. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to help our customers create their dream homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers in selecting the perfect furniture and home decor items for their needs
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for every customer, ensuring they feel valued and supported
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive repeat business
  • Process transactions, including purchases, exchanges, and returns, with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of retail sales experience, with a passion for interior decor and merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weeknights, with a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
