The Opportunity:

We are in search of a Treatment Coordinator to enhance our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively conveying treatment alternatives and their associated costs to our patients. You will act as the bridge between our dental professionals and patients, collecting essential information from new patients, collaborating on treatment strategies, and presenting these strategies to our clientele.

We seek an individual who possesses a solid understanding of various treatments, timelines, and is adept at negotiating financial arrangements with clients. Furthermore, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for patients, particularly those who may have concerns regarding dental expenses.

In this position, you will also coordinate with other offices involved in patient care and manage internal accounting tasks to support our practice's financial objectives. If you are passionate about patient care and possess strong communication and organizational skills, we would be pleased to consider you for this role.

Schedule: Full-Time

Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 5:30pm Alternating Saturday - 7:30am to 1:30pm

Responsibilities:

Attend comprehensive examinations to assess patient treatment needs and, when necessary, participate in follow-up exams Ensure patients comprehend their treatment plans Address objections to proposed treatments Present case fees and financial options to patients Educate patients about their dental benefits as needed Contribute to team meetings by providing essential information for customer service and case acceptance Prepare for daily meetings by reviewing patients with outstanding treatment needs Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates to facilitate financial arrangements Ensure patients are informed about their financial responsibilities Maintain a tidy and welcoming consultation area Assist in developing systems to streamline patient care Complete assigned daily task checklists Encourage satisfied patients to provide referrals or testimonials Express gratitude to patients who have positively impacted the practice Utilize administrative time effectively to prepare for upcoming responsibilities
