Ethnic Food Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at The Hitchin Post Bar & Grill. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, using a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring that their dietary needs are met.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
