  • Prepare and cook a variety of ethnic dishes, adhering to our menu standards and food safety guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels and support kitchen operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of ethnic cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
