Restaurant Manager Job Description

Squires Four Public House is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Inventory Management: Develop and implement menus that meet customer demands and optimize profitability. Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that customers receive prompt and attentive service.
  • Financial Management: Monitor sales, expenses, and profits to make informed business decisions and achieve financial targets.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment
  • Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and organized
