Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Associate Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Advisory Team, you will play a critical role in deepening client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisor, including agenda planning, documentation preparation, and post-meeting follow-up.
  • Provide exceptional client service, resolving issues promptly and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Respond to client account inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Contribute to business planning, client segmentation, and client service initiatives.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for asset consolidation, referrals, and client acquisition.
  • Co-manage the client acquisition pipeline, working with the advisory team to close new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs).
  • Assist with trading and portfolio rebalancing.
Requirements
  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with IIROC.
  • Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course or Investment Management Techniques (IMT).
  • University degree.
  • A self-directed individual with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
