Knowledge Management and Communication Officer

Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Knowledge Management and Communication Officer to join our team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's capacity building and knowledge management efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective communication and knowledge management strategies to enhance the organization's capacity and promote its work.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships with CSOs, consortiums, and other stakeholders to advance the organization's mission.
- Provide technical support to the management team on communication and knowledge management tools and strategies.
- Develop and disseminate knowledge products, including policy briefs, case studies, and best practices.
- Support the development of communication and advocacy guidelines and strategies for the organization.
- Master's degree in information and communication technology, communication and journalism, public relations, public management, international relations, political science, international development, or a related field.
- At least four years of professional work experience in communication, knowledge management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to develop and disseminate knowledge products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communication and knowledge management strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
