Job Summary:

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide expert advice on roofing materials, techniques, and best practices
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and identify potential issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in roofing estimating
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD
