Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • Manage client orders and transactions, ensuring seamless execution and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and news, providing clients with informed advice and guidance to help them make informed investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance our products and services.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on customer service and client support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or economics.
  • Securities registration as an Investment Representative, with a strong understanding of Canadian securities regulations.
