Job Summary

Impact Staffing Inc. is seeking a skilled Waste Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient collection of waste in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy Equipment: Safely operate garbage trucks and other equipment to collect and transport waste.
  • Report Malfunctions: Promptly report any malfunctions or issues with equipment to the supervisor.
  • Work in Various Environments: Work in hot, wet, and damp environments, as well as various locations.
  • Meet Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the job, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a valid DZ class license and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
  • Experience: Have previous experience in the field of employment, preferably with garbage trucks.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Working Conditions

This is a temporary, full-time position with a variable schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 to 50 hours per week.
