Job Title: Technical Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team at REX POWER MAGNETICS. As a Technical Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and prepare sales contracts
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and provide guidance and support
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales and technical sales
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic equipment, manufacturing and industrial products, and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team
