Position Overview

The Meadows Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our professional team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth operation within our clinic and providing exceptional service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Deliver essential information to clients and the public
  • Collect and process information necessary for customer service
  • Manage office supply orders
  • Document and communicate information effectively
  • Organize and confirm appointments
  • Issue invoices
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Handle payments and receipts
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing correspondence
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages
