- Deliver advanced support for network hardware and software, meticulously documenting issues and resolutions.
- Oversee and sustain LAN and WAN operations, promptly reporting any anomalies.
- Guarantee continuous availability and optimal performance of servers and network systems.
- Design, implement, and integrate LAN/WAN systems, including Data Centers, firewalls, wireless networks, and additional components.
- Contribute to the design of VOIP networks, network security measures, and backup/recovery protocols.
- Collaborate on comprehensive network operations and audits across the infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of network inventory.
- Engage in special projects as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience with Cisco products in enterprise settings.
- Proficiency in diagnosing intricate network performance challenges and employing network monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Aruba Clearpass is advantageous.
- A strong enthusiasm for network support and IT Service Delivery.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
