**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Edmonton and Northern Alberta. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving territory growth, sales budget, and business management for our Concrete Restoration Systems (CRS) business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory growth and sales budget targets.
  • Represent MAPEI Inc. with various potential customers, including distributors, consulting engineers, industrials, architects, and installers.
  • Provide product training and demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate with clients regarding technical matters, complaint resolution, and influencing buying decisions.
  • Prepare and present written reports to management on all activities of the territory and provide market intelligence.
  • Conduct regular cold calls and market solicitations to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on field testing of new or prototype formulas to the product development team.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to develop new products and improve existing ones.

**Requirements**

  • 5 years of experience in installation and/or estimating/project management.
  • Concrete Restoration System knowledge and product expertise.
  • High School degree with 5 years of experience in sales and customer service in a similar industry or College Degree with 3 years of experience in sales and customer service in a similar industry.
  • Ability to provide product training at a professional level.
  • Mathematical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Courtesy and discernment.
  • Capacity to work under pressure.
  • Perseverance.
