**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Edmonton and Northern Alberta. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving territory growth, sales budget, and business management for our Concrete Restoration Systems (CRS) business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory growth and sales budget targets.
- Represent MAPEI Inc. with various potential customers, including distributors, consulting engineers, industrials, architects, and installers.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate with clients regarding technical matters, complaint resolution, and influencing buying decisions.
- Prepare and present written reports to management on all activities of the territory and provide market intelligence.
- Conduct regular cold calls and market solicitations to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback on field testing of new or prototype formulas to the product development team.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to develop new products and improve existing ones.
**Requirements**
- 5 years of experience in installation and/or estimating/project management.
- Concrete Restoration System knowledge and product expertise.
- High School degree with 5 years of experience in sales and customer service in a similar industry or College Degree with 3 years of experience in sales and customer service in a similar industry.
- Ability to provide product training at a professional level.
- Mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Courtesy and discernment.
- Capacity to work under pressure.
- Perseverance.
