About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at A & Sons Corporation. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet business objectives.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
