We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to engage with one of our prominent financial clients. In this role, you will take charge of the currency initiative by transforming existing SportFire reports into Power BI formats. Your expertise will be crucial in re-engineering these reports to improve both performance and user experience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with colleagues, employing Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to meet project objectives. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is essential, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Over 7 years of experience in Power BI development
  2. Proficient in MS SQL Server and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
  3. Strong knowledge of Oracle DBMS
  4. Experience with Agile development practices, including Scrum and Waterfall
  5. Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  6. Open to candidates from various industry backgrounds
  7. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with data migration
  2. Familiarity with IBM Netezza
  3. Relevant professional certifications
