Advertising Account Coordinator

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and organized Advertising Account Coordinator to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will play a vital role in assisting with tactical advertising campaigns and other initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure successful project execution
- Work closely with internal clients to gather necessary information for projects
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive working relationships
- Organize and maintain project records, including initiating paperwork
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop advertising materials
- Manage media placements, including shipping creative and ensuring accuracy
- Work with vendors to produce final stage production pieces
Requirements:
- A proactive mindset and strong organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Tight time management skills and awareness of creative processes
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with digital media and analytics an asset
Education:
- Business, Marketing, or Communications degree or diploma from a University or College
