We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Resilient Management West Corp. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit, inspect motor in operation, and review work orders.
- Repair and Maintenance: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems, repair or replace mechanical units or components, and test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.
- Customer Service: Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements, complete reports to record problems and work performed, and provide customer service.
- Experience and Education: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: 30 to 35 hours per week, permanent position, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Language: English
