Job Summary:

Arlyn Recruiting is partnering with a well-established law firm in Langley to find a highly skilled Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their corporate services division. As a Senior Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to the team, handling complex corporate legal matters, and mentoring junior and intermediate team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Legal Documentation: Drafting and preparing corporate legal documents, including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, corporate and tax reorganizations, share transactions, extra provincial registrations, dividend transactions, name changes, restorations, and other documents as required.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentoring, training, and coaching Corporate Services staff members, including junior and intermediate team members.
  • Administrative Duties: Performing other administrative duties as required to support the team's success.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Paralegal in a busy corporate practice.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of BC Online, ALF, Outlook, and Word.
  • Soft Skills: Interest in mentoring and shadowing junior and intermediate team members.
