As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients throughout their hearing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general reception and administration support, including booking appointments, greeting clients, and handling phone and email inquiries.
  • Process payments and sales of hearing aids and devices, and act as a subject-matter expert on payment options and third-party billing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including ordering supplies and performing light tidying and display setup.
  • Network with local healthcare providers and attend community-based events to promote our services and build relationships.
  • Assist hearing professionals with non-clinical duties, including hearing aid maintenance and battery changes.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the client's journey.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail sales or high-volume administrative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel locally for marketing events and networking opportunities.
