Job Title: Director, Smart Home Automation

Intello Technologies Inc. is seeking a seasoned product leader to spearhead the development of innovative Smart Home Automation solutions. As Director, Smart Home Automation, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, delivering exceptional consumer experiences, and driving the growth strategy for our Smart Home portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Smart Home Automation, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead a high-performing team of product professionals, collaborating with design, development, and go-to-market teams to create globally leading software products and services.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop business cases, and drive product development.
  • Recruit, develop, and support a talented group of product managers to create and bring innovative new services to life.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software product management, with a strong background in product development, architecture, or software development.
  • 7+ years of experience in senior management capacity, leading high-performance teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in launching disruptive and innovative consumer products and/or services.
  • Experience developing product partnerships and complex commercial agreements.
  • Experience in product and user experience design.
  • Working knowledge and ideally experience working in one or more of the industries of home automation, smart energy, wearables, IoT, Smart Home security, or home networking.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $128,000-$192,000.
  • Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 30%.
