Job Title: Director, Smart Home Automation

Intello Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Smart Home Automation team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our Smart Home strategy, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Smart Home strategy, aligning with company goals and objectives
  • Lead a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative Smart Home solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagement
  • Define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in product management, design, and engineering
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in Smart Home or IoT
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative products, driving business growth, and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software development, architecture, or engineering
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
