We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Specialist to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a critical role in driving adherence to IT governance and controls oversight to sustain the Bank's enterprise-wide security controls environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping to identify and respond quickly to threats, while continuously strengthening controls, reducing risk, and enabling sustained compliance.
- Providing domain specialization and expertise, as well as setting direction in driving Role Management and Separation of Duties business needs and strategies.
- Establishing a forward-deploy mindset across the team, working with Line of Business as well as Technology partners to build SOD Policies and defining Roles.
- Defining role management and separation of duties business framework and capabilities that align with our access management control standards and delivers an improved user experience.
- Interpreting internal/external business issues and recommending best practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Information Security.
- Extensive experience in the development of business process and the deployment of IT Security controls, IAM solutions.
- Experience in the management and operations of Identity and Access Management, preferably in a similar financial institution.
- Role Automation experience preferred.
- Proactive team player with effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Understanding and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
