Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CIEM Specialist to join our Information Security team at Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our information security processes and procedures are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cloud governance processes to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Configure and monitor CIEM tools to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Provide strategic input into security best practices and recommend IAM controls and design patterns.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure that changes made are in alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document security processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in Information Security, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related disciplines.
  • Information Security certifications from a well-recognized institution.
  • Experience with CIEM ecosystem and IAM controls and design patterns.
