We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Physician to join our team at the Nova Scotia Health Authority in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. This is a full-time opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our community.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in the eastern zone, including routine check-ups, health education, and disease management.
- Participate in call and be responsible for the care of patients in the hospital and community settings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care and support to patients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- Eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
