Northern Health is seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Regional Director of Health Services. This role requires a champion with management and leadership experience to oversee analytics data platforms, data operations, and data science services.
The successful candidate will provide consulting to Northern Health Executive and Senior Leadership within an assigned portfolio in the areas of data and data management, decision support, and corporate business areas. They will lead enterprise-wide information systems projects, manage timelines and resources, and provide leadership to team members.
Key responsibilities include coordinating the procurement and management of external services, managing assigned staff, and developing and implementing application architecture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related discipline, and a minimum of seven years of recent, related leadership and management experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum seven years of recent, related leadership and management experience, working within a complex environment (preferably healthcare)
- Experience with data management, including linkage, analysis, interpretation, and data management systems
- Knowledge in data governance practices and business and technology issues related to enterprise data asset management
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
