Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at STARLINK AUTO CARE LTD. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Communication: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
