Food Service Manager

Shaw Restaurants Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
