Campaign Development:
Design and execute marketing initiatives, including detailed briefs and project timelines across diverse channels—digital, print, and social media—to effectively connect with target audiences and fulfill marketing objectives.
Content Development:
Create compelling content for a variety of platforms, such as websites, social media, and promotional materials.
Ensure consistency with brand identity and relevance to the audience, focusing on initiatives like Kia Service, Kia Genuine Parts, Kia Certified Technicians, Kia Protect, Kia Accessories, Kia Tire Experts, and Kia Collection.
Online Marketing:
Manage website design to align with brand and communication strategies. Maintain up-to-date website content and assist with social media, SEO, advertising, and email outreach.
Team Collaboration:
Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are in harmony with overall brand standards and business goals, promoting initiatives such as Kia Service, Kia Protect, and Kia Accessories.
Vendor Coordination:
Supervise agencies, contractors, and print service providers in the development of promotional materials. Ensure effective communication, project planning, and performance tracking.
Analyze marketing campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Utilize data to assess ROI and refine strategies.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications and related fields, ideally within the automotive industry.
A minimum college diploma in a business-related discipline.
Essential Skills:
Strong organizational and planning skills, exceptional communication abilities, critical thinking, and analytical reporting skills.
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Language Proficiency:
Ability to communicate effectively in French is an advantage.
