Community Engagement and Communication Specialist

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement and Communication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community engagement and communication team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective community engagement and communication strategies to support our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement community engagement and communication plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and disseminate communication materials, including reports, presentations, and social media content.
- Provide support to project teams on community engagement and communication matters.
- Contribute to the development of our community engagement and communication practice.
- 2+ years of experience in community engagement and communication, preferably in a consulting or project-based environment.
- Strong understanding of community engagement and communication principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
