About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Director to join our team at Cardiai Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our hospital and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal use of resources and maximum efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among teams.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and mission.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective representation and advocacy.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions, ensuring a high-performing team.

Requirements
