About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2532483 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Culinary Operations

Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to a high standard and presented in a visually appealing way.

Staff Management

Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean, safe, and meet health and safety standards.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, cooking, and presentation.

Personal Qualities

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team.
