Cashier - Indian Curry House

We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at Indian Curry House. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage Cash and Credit Transactions: Process cash, credit, and debit card payments, and reconcile daily sales with the point of sale system.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Monitor the dining area, ensure cleanliness and organization, and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Support the Team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Willing to train
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate
- Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
