About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Service Associate to join our team at London Drugs. As a Sales Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cashier area.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
