Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BOOSTER JUICE. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring that all necessary items are available.
- Develop and implement menus, ensuring that they meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform other tasks as required.
Our dining facilities are located in a busy and dynamic environment, with a high volume of customers and staff. You will be required to work in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot environment, with frequent exposure to odours.
Transportation and TravelPublic transportation is available to and from our facilities, making it easy to get to work and travel during your breaks.
