Audit Manager

Baker Tilly Trillium LLP is seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our team in London, Ontario. As a Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling engagements, developing and maintaining client relationships, and developing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control engagements, ensuring they are planned, scheduled, staffed, and carried out.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of work meets all Firm and Professional standards.
- Meet budgets and complete engagements on a timely basis.
- Present financial statements, identify and discuss issues with clients.
- Support staff in the completion of work, providing technical expertise as needed.
- Review working papers, permanent files, checklists, management letters, and financial statements.
- Determine reasonableness of client explanations.
- Research and develop approaches and positions.
- Identify and recommend creative solutions to complex issues.
- Prepare complex client correspondence, including proposals, reports, and discussion of technical issues.
- Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant Designation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in public accounting.
- Supervisor and Managerial training.
- Post-designation technical training and development.
