Job Summary

Clintar Brampton, ON is seeking a highly skilled and reliable individual to join our snow removal team as a Snow Removal Crew Member and Crew Leader. As a key member of our winter operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient clearing of snow and ice from designated areas.

Responsibilities
  • Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, snow shovels, snowplows, or salt spreaders, to clear snow and ice from designated areas.
  • Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice.
  • Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
Requirements
  • Clean and valid driver's license
  • 24/7 On-Call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November – April
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Prior snow experience is an asset
