About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Farm Laborer to join our team at Surjan Farms Ltd. as a General Farm Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fertilization and Crop Care: Apply fertilizers and sprays to crops to ensure optimal growth and health.
  • Harvesting: Harvest crops in a timely and efficient manner to meet the demands of the market.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various pieces of equipment, including fertilizer applicators, tractors, fruit harvesters, and loaders, to support farm operations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced farm environment, with a focus on meeting production targets and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Hours of Work: The successful candidate will work 40 to 60 hours per week, depending on the needs of the farm.
